John Hagerty
Vice President of Product Strategy, Oracle
John Hagerty brings more than 35 years of expertise in business analytics and enterprise technologies and applications to his role of VP, Product Management for Oracle’s Business Analytics portfolio. In this role, John is the point person for all outbound activities that touch with customers for the Business Analytics portfolio. Prior to joining Oracle, John was VP and Distinguished Analyst at Gartner, the IT research firm. An analyst for a total of 16 years, he advised companies of all sizes and in all sectors globally regarding technology options, deployment best practices, governance and collaboration strategies as well as optimal cloud and hybrid architectures for business intelligence, analytics, and performance management applications. John recently published Gartner’s “2017 Planning Guide for Data and Analytics” and has been the lead author for Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Business Intelligence and Analytics Platforms in the past.

Cliff Godwin
Mark Newton
Applications Vice President for ERPM UK & IE, Oracle
Mark Newton is the Applications Vice President for ERPM UK & IE in Oracle. In this role, he has overall responsibility for Oracle’s application sales, marketing and customer services operations and execution in this important region. Mark is driving the company’s delivery of On Premise and Cloud based business solutions to corporate customers across a wide range of industries.

Mark has more than 25 years experience in the IT industry, almost all of which has been in enterprise software. Mark has held a number of senior leadership roles, most recently as Regional Director UK & Ireland at VMware. His prior roles include European Vice President for IBS, an application provider for wholesale and distribution companies and Regional Director, Northern Europe at BMC Software where Mark was responsible for leading BMC’s growth in Business Service Management. Earlier, Mark was at Oracle Corporation for 7 years where he held several senior sales leadership roles, latterly as Vice President, UK Technology Sales. Prior to his time at Oracle, Mark was responsible for worldwide field sales at The Dodge Group, a provider of financial software to the finance industry. >

Sarah Henry
Sarah Henry
Senior Director of Software Development, Oracle
Sarah is a senior director in HCM Cloud Application Development at Oracle with over 20 years’ experience in HCM, in roles across both HR and IT. Areas of expertise include implementation, business and solutions architecture, solution design and development, business case creation and even a spell in HR operations management.

Sarah has been with Oracle for 4 years and before that 16 years with RBS Group. She has a depth of experience with both HCM Cloud and PeopleSoft and has worked with and implemented many other software solutions across the HRIS market.

Although at first glance Sarah might appear quite techie her real passion is helping HR departments drive real business value through the use of technology rather than talking tech!

Cliff Godwin
Cliff Godwin
Senior Vice President of Oracle E-Business Suite Development, Oracle
Cliff joined Oracle in 1990 and has been a member of the Oracle Applications business senior management team for most of his time at the company.

Prior to his current role, Godwin led the applications technology group responsible for ensuring that Oracle E-Business Suite effectively leverages Oracle's systems technologies, and for building the common objects and services used throughout Oracle E-Business Suite.

He holds MS degrees in mathematics and operations research from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

David Bain
David Bain
Product Management, Oracle
David has worked on the PeopleSoft product line for over 22 years in various different roles. Early on he managed development efforts that included product areas like AppDesigner, AppClass PeopleCode and AppEngine. As a Product Manager he was responsible for Integration Broker, Lifecycle Management, Core Tools and Mobile Technology. He is currently responsible for managing the Product Management team that oversees PeopleSoft PeopleTools.
